Terms of Use

Last updated: June 10, 2026. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and related services operated by FortFi LLC (collectively, the "Services"). By using FortFi, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Agreement to these Terms

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services. We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires additional consent.

Who operates FortFi

The Services are operated by FortFi LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("FortFi," "we," "us," or "our"). FortFi provides software that helps you organize self-custody vault accounts, review payment intents, and interact with public blockchains through integrated infrastructure partners.

The Services

FortFi is a software interface for policy-governed self-custody. We help authenticated users initiate, review, and approve digital-asset actions according to rules you configure in-product. FortFi is not a bank, broker-dealer, insurer, or licensed money transmitter. We do not hold customer deposits, provide FDIC or equivalent pass-through insurance, or guarantee settlement on public blockchains.

Wallet operations, fiat onramps, node access, chain settlement, and similar regulated functions are performed by third-party providers under their licenses and terms. See our disclosures for an overview of integrated services.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You represent that you are not barred from using the Services under applicable law, including sanctions and export controls, and that information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for maintaining control of passkeys, devices, and credentials used with your account. FortFi applies security measures consistent with industry best practices, but no online system is completely secure.

Prohibited use

You agree not to use the Services to violate law, circumvent provider restrictions, launder illicit proceeds, defraud others, interfere with FortFi or third-party systems, scrape or abuse the Services in violation of rate limits, or misrepresent your identity. We may suspend or terminate access where required for legal, security, or risk reasons.

Fees

Network fees (gas) and third-party protocol fees (swap routers, bridges, onramps) apply as disclosed in-product before you confirm an action. During private alpha, FortFi platform fees on swaps are typically 0 basis points unless otherwise shown at quote or review time. When FortFi enables integrator fees on supported swap providers, they are embedded in the quoted route and disclosed before you sign. They do not require a separate approval step beyond your normal swap confirmation. We may introduce subscription or usage-based pricing in the future with advance notice.

Intellectual property

FortFi and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, including trademarks, user experience, documentation, and other protectable content, subject to open-source licenses for included dependencies. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the Services except as permitted by law. Feedback you provide may be used to improve FortFi without obligation to you.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FortFi provides the Services "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy of third-party chain data or quotes, uninterrupted operation, and freedom from exploits. Digital assets are volatile and transactions on public blockchains are generally irreversible. Nothing in FortFi constitutes tax, accounting, or investment advice. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; you may have non-waivable rights.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FortFi and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or digital assets, arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid FortFi for the Services in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), except where applicable law does not permit such limitations.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FortFi from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or breach of applicable law, except to the extent caused by FortFi's gross negligence or willful misconduct where such limitation is prohibited.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Except where mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or for operational or security reasons. Terminating access to FortFi does not reverse on-chain transactions or remove public blockchain records. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity) will survive.

Changes

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice where appropriate.
